This place is terrible. How can you mess up a sandwich?

Two coworkers & I went to this location to take part in the so-called Customer Appreciation Day $1 8" subs. One of them is allergic to gluten. I caught a Facebook posting regarding that subject. Jimmy John's had replied that if the person were to make the employee aware, she can get the Unwhich for $1. The manager refused. I became rather upset that my friend was being discriminated against. An older manager came out, and made the other manager get the unwhich made. RUDE!!!!!

I'm a little addicted to Jimmy John's, sadly, this place doesn't deserve the name. The staff are very friendly, hence the two stars and not one. But the wait time for a sandwich is nearly as long as at Noodle's n Company next door. The sandwiches don't even taste like Jimmy John's. It's a total disappointment and no one who works there seems to realize it.

I like coming in here for a quick sandwich. Service sucks and the music is so damn loud in there. Never stay to eat because of that. Always get it to go.

I've seen Jimmy John's all over having recently moved to Minneapolis from San Francisco. The decor and ambiance seemed nice, and the menu looked interesting. I ordered a Turkey Tom sandwich but asked them to hold the mayo and add vinaigrette. This was probably the most bland sandwich I've ever had. The bread is spongy and if there was vinaigrette on it I couldn't taste it (and I asked them twice to be sure to include the vinaigrette). I've been to Subway many times for a quick lunch but Subway wasn't the type of place I'd recommend to anyone. But compared to Jimmy John's I think Subway is much more flavorful and offers better bread choices..

Fast. Consistent. You can stop asking for your sandwich to be cut in half though. Never happens.

Typical Jimmy Johns food. Pretty good but nothing out of the ordinary special. Its a pretty convenient location right off 394 and next to Rainbow. Store itself is fairly clean although a little small. My 2* rating is for the poor customer service though. I recently had an employee come into my workplace and try to charge us for a large delivery order. We told him it wasn't our order and he got angry and more or less said it was our fault that there was confusion in the order. Dude - we didnt order ANYTHING. It got sorted in the end and turns out they just had the wrong delivery instructions. There have been several other reviews for service related issues at this place by the looks of things...

Delivery is the only reason I go to these guys. Corporate came in and told them as I was 2 blocks out of their optimum range, they couldn't deliver here anymore. WTH? I've got 2 stores that I could drive to in less than 5 minutes, but neither will deliver. I work in my home office, so if I have to drive, there are DOZENS of better options right next to these 2 places, and I guess, I'll got there. The guy on the phone was apologetic, but said, they'd received a visit from some corporate suits, and were told not to deliver here. F-You Jimmy Johns corporate. Never will you get a cent from me again you short-sighted corporate retards.

Another visit with continued crappy service. Unfriendly, workers mopping floors under your table and around your feet while you sit and try to eat amidst ear-splitting rock music. The entire staff looks like they are in rehab and I love how they roll up the floor mat and put them on the bench seats to mop the floors. (See the photo of this disgusting practice). With Jersey Mikes sub shop across the street I see no reason to ever go back here.

Horrible customer service, everyone is rude and treat customers like crap. I didn't get a thank you and my sub was slammed on the register part. I felt as if I did something wrong. She couldn't even hand it to me. Subs are good but employees need to be switched out for a more happy atmosphere.

This place has to be a joke!? I've ordered same thing twice in the last two times and they messed up the order. No lettuce was the request. Even "please cut the pickle in two" goes fully ignored. I gave the feedback to Jimmy John's corporate and they sent me a $10 gift card as a sorry. Well when redeeming that gift card, they sent me an empty one! ****sigh**** Also, it's the only Jimmy John's that is freaky slow. Last nights order took 45 minutes (after being placed on hold for ordering) and I live 1.5 miles away and we only ordered 3 sandwiches. Poor delivery guy was working up a sweat and working his tail off so I can assume that they were understaffed. I felt bad for him so we did not take it out on him. This location needs to get their SH*T together. But too late for me, I think I'll just grub on Subway and just pick it up.

I love these reviews-spot on! This place is touch and go. To their credit they've never messed up an order on us, but I did just waited 55 mins for a delivery (2 miles away). When I called the store the dude said they deliver to what's closest first, and not based on who ordered first. When this happened previously, the manager asked me to call the regional office and ask them to support him hiring more drivers (which I did). The driver tonight said there are only two of them on and when they do hire more people they don't want to work weekends and quit. Said he's been on since 11 AM with no break. This store is a hot mess.

Needed to get a quick bite on November 14, 2014. Usually JJ's is spot on. My first complaint is I get home, take a bite of my sandwich-rock hard bread! Not edible. I bring the sandwich back and all their bread is hard! How can a sandwich place have hard bread?! My next complaint is that my new sandwich had a big ass long hair in it! Needless to say I am out of the cost of the sandwich and I have no dinner to eat!!!

I see that this store has had some pretty poor reviews in the past, but my experience has been good nearly every time I've ordered from them or eaten in. I work in the office buildings adjacent to the West End and have ordered delivery from this location several times. Sometimes one sandwich for me, sometimes trays worth for meetings. They always come on time and fast, the orders have been right 95% of the time. When eating in I've always encountered a clean store and accurate orders.
